  • Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer fast, free shipping for any order in the US! These orders will ship with FedEx or DHL and will take 5-10 days to arrive once shipped.

We are not liable for orders not being delivered within a specific time frame when the free shipping method is used. We do not recommend shipping the product to a hotel if you need it by a specific date as we cannot guarantee the delivery date.

  • Do you offer express shipping?
    • We offer express shipping in the US! For an additional cost, you can choose Express Shipping at checkout. Express Shipping will take 1-2 business days to process (M-F), and will ship using 2nd Day Air.

  • When will my order ship?
    • Please note that once an order has been placed, we cannot update the address, size, or products ordered. You will receive a separate email with the tracking information, once your order ships.

    Orders placed before 12PM ET will typically process within one to two business day and ship as follows, unless a product is on backorder.
